Job Description
Senior Program Catalyst, Global Training Team
Street Business School is an award-winning non-profit, rapidly expanding to bring our entrepreneurial training to every corner of the world. We are looking for an experienced, charismatic, goal-oriented team player to join our global Program team. This role will help our innovative, high-growth expansion reach the next level of impact. The Senior Program Catalyst will work closely to support the Director of Global training, be an active contributor to the Global Training Team, and a key point of contact for questions related to the global Program team. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically as well as tactically, communicates with confidence and compassion, and is energized by collaborating to maximize our impact.

What you’ll do for us:
Be the hub of our internal, Program communication wheel
- Provide global Program/processing information to internal and external stakeholders
- Review & provide feedback on content for internal teams, primarily Communications and Philanthropy teams
- Deliver some components of the Program New Hire onboarding/training
- As requested, participate in interview panels as part of the internal hiring process
- Accurately gather & report data as required for various projects, to include reporting to high level bodies such as the Board of Directors
Systems Work
- Decipher, train, and explain systems/reports for non-technical people
- Produce information and reports by creating, collecting and analyzing, transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
- Monitor Salesforce and other Program-related system/reports to ensure accuracy of information
- Work directly with internal staff and external consultants to ensure Salesforce capabilities are aligned with SBS needs
- Co-execute Partner Application process for InPerson Workshops
Global Trainer Certification Process
- Monitor GT progress and report to GTs, Director of Global Training, and Senior Global Trainer
- Provide ongoing support to GTs through certification process
- Create Certification, provide to DGT
Team Support
- Co-build the annual training schedule one year in advance, taking into consideration factors such as staffing restrictions, time zones, skills and annual goals
- Assist with project tracking and task follow-through
- Support Training Team with logistics of global training sessions
- Assist Director with global initiatives/outreach/trainings and provide administrative support
- Provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner related to the Director’s working life and communication
- Support Director’s appointment schedule by coordinating meetings & travel (when travel is again viable)
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results, as defined per project/task
- Execute assigned Workshop Task/Timelines and related activities
- Directly manage, mentor, and provide leadership to the Program Catalyst position(s), including hiring, training, and performance management
- Maintain/update team staff forecasting tool
- Create training collateral as needed (print, video, etc.)
- Continuously update Operations Manual, for scope of work
- Zoom Driving for virtual training Workshops, meetings, etc., and train Program Catalyst and GTs to high level of Zoom Driving proficiency

What you’ll need to do this job:
- Strategic and tactical thinking, including the ability to articulate a high-level goal and translate that into action steps and decision points. If you see the forest and the trees, this job is for you!

- Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM system, including data analysis and user interface as well as an understanding of SBSE’s current work to ensure accuracy of information. Salesforce programming experience preferred. We need your inner tech enthusiast and your patience with those of us who lack patience with tech
- Ability to think critically about the best way to communicate and share information with internal teams. We get lots of requests for detailed information, so we need you to filter and to succinctly and accurately share information
- Outstanding communications skills and the ability to represent the team in a variety of settings
- Positive attitude and energy and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments with diverse team members in various time zones
- A high level of focus, goal-oriented drive, detail oriented and an independent worker
- Ability to set and meet tight deadlines, without a tap, tap, tap on the shoulder from the people depending on you
- Strong project management experience that drives efficiency and excellence in all aspects of work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with graphic programs, or other project management system, and SharePoint preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- A personal interest and commitment to Street Business School’s mission/goals. We work hard toward meaningful impact, and we also laugh and learn together
- Background in non-profit or livelihood/empowerment programs is helpful

Compensation:
This position is anticipated to be approximately 30 hours per week, with the possibility of a full time role for the right candidate. The estimated salary is $47,000 - $52,500, and is dependent on experience, location, and number of hours. We offer excellent benefits, including remote work.
