The ideal candidate should possess the following skills

1. Bachelors Degree or above with experience in wireless, microwave, radio transmission, antenna, communications and electronics, or related fields;

2. Proficient knowledge of mobile communications and principles of GSM/UMTS/LTE products, signaling flow and protocols, electromagnetic theory, radio transmission, antenna system, and so on;

3. Experience in RF network design, planning, network performance reporting and optimization activities, proficient in set-up, calibration, utilization, and data post processing of drive-test hardware and software products

4. Ability to implement and supervise optimization projects. Person who has relative project experience is preferred

5. Have good understanding with telecom network system from UE to Core.

6. Over 3 years experience in radio network planning and optimization preferred

7. Fluency in English
