Description:
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Respond to any communications received from customers and Freight Broker
• Filling out carrier packets
• Ensure that all carrier packets are filled out accurately and in timely manner.
• Ensure documents are sent to customer or broker in time.
• Giving timely responses to emails and requests.
• Act as a representative of all contracted carriers.
• Identify and communicate ways the company can continuously improve in its operations.
