Job Description

The Job description is as follows:

  1. Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization’s products and services.
  2. Complete territorial distribution tasks assigned by the employer
  3. Enhance product visibility
  4. Collect customer needs, and establish new customers
  5. Organize local workshops and related conferences, and establish a network of KOL (key opinion the leader) and KOC (key opinion customer)
  6. Develop clear and effective written proposals for current and prospective customers
  7. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  8. Analyze the territory’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers’ value to the organization
  9. Identify and compare organization’s products and services against those of competitors
  10. Plan and organize sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory
  11. Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through continuous market research.
  12. Participate in trade shows and conventions
  13. Submit to management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services



Job Requirements; Background of biomedical education and other related fields

Work experience; 3-5 years’ experience of work in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) area
