About the Sales & Partnership Specialist:

Are you a goal-oriented sales pro? Are you motivated by continued learning and improving your sales techniques? Do you want to change the world? The Regional Outreach Specialist contractor is a vital piece of our outreach strategy, implementing key components of our sales funnel to support our goal of securing qualified NGO partners to participate in our world-class trainings. This position supports our overall recruitment strategy, reporting directly to our Sr. Sales & Marketing Manager. As the face and voice representing Street Business School, this role is pivotal in presenting our world-class brand and programs to the world.

Responsibilities for SBS Sales & Partnership Specialist

  • Perform market research for potential leads in your geographic area
  • Build lead lists
  • Screen leads and schedule lead calls/meetings
  • Host outreach calls with new leads
  • Educate new leads on the value of SBS offerings
  • Other lead activities as needed and assigned
  • Achieve recruitment/enrollment goals for in-person and online SBS workshops

Qualifications for SBS Sales & Partnership Specialist

  • Successful track record of achieving sales goals
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Public speaking and presentation experience
  • Working knowledge of the CRM/lead tracking software or the ability to learn new software quickly (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as being a productive and collaborative team member, making outbound calls/emails every day
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Have experience using the LinkedIn conversation tool or other similar prospecting applications.
  • Comfortable using all communication messaging apps including but not limited to: Skype, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM
  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
  • Ability to professionally represent the SBS brand across multiple communication channels.
  • Must love collaborating with team members from other departments in a supportive and empowering office culture
  • Flexible schedule to conduct calls across global time zones based on territory and sales goals


This is a contract opportunity, approximately 10 hours per week. Hourly rate will be determined based on country of contractor’s residence.
