Responsibilities：

• Offer operations support for targeted services availability for all Mobile Data Platforms (2G/3G/4G) Packet Core network, IN/Value Add systems, MPBN, WIFI, LTE, Data network and ensure KPIs are achieved as expected.
• Handle Network Provisioning & Support for Private APN solutions.
• Engineer and operate network architecture with a Huawei 2G/3G/4G Evolved Packet Core(EPC), PDSN, UDN, PCRFs, DPI nodes and Firewalls using multi-vendor routing equipment.
• Maintain Boarder gateways and work with GRX and Data Roaming partners in various geographies round the world to implement Data roaming and troubleshoot roaming incidents.
• Understand client requirements and respond to Planning/Solution documentation of customer solutions like enterprise Private APNs, QoS and cost rating.
• Ensure Services Billing and support all revenue assurance billing and reconciliation processes.
• Handle all integration extending to the critical interfaces including IuCS, IuPS, Gn, Gi, Gx, Gy
• Ensure product Quality by vendors during projects delivery – Reviewing the quality of high-level designs, detailed designs, data configurations and test plans and implementation procedures.
• Manage multiple incidents and requests from customers and execute work orders for customer deployment and internal infrastructure support, in accordance with their respective SLAs.
• Adapt & document operations routine and implementation procedures for the Mobile Data Solutions infrastructure which support efficient equipment installations & fault resolution by rapid troubleshooting of customer issues.
