Job Description

  • Responsibilities：
  • Prepare and execute regional proactive optimization and drive test plans based on clusters and predefined drive test routes          
  • Supervise and attend to optimization routines in Northern region          
  • Provide input to Client’s annual site rollout plan for Northern region to achieve desired coverage, quality and capacity in a cost effective way          
  • Produce work orders for upgrades in time and accurately          
  • Ensure that cell data is prepared accurately by ensuring that the new site checklist is adhered to          
  • Ensure that the planning tool is consistently updated to reflect the configurations on the live network          
  • Propose and implement proposed parameter changes under the guidance of the Optimisation Head
  • Prepare regional drive test plans and produce related monthly reports          
  • Be in charge of change management for all radio parameters on nodes within Northern region          
  • Participate in preparing new frequency plans for Northern region          
  • Monitor and optimize 2G, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, and cells in the Northern region
