Responsibilities：

• Supervise all the Radio/BTS O&M activities in the allocated region.
• Ensure Maintenance of Satellite systems, Fiber and terrestrial transmission in the Network in Central region is done.
• Constantly research, identify and implement processes as well as recommended tools required to enhance efficiency with the radio and transmission network operations
• Provide First - level escalation and technical network operation in Central region.
• Active participation in the management in the management of the Service Level Agreement (SLA's) with external suppliers, contractors to ensure MTN standards is met.
• Timely knowledge transfers of O&M skills to the radio technicians.
• Participate in the designing and revision on an Efficient & Effective Maintenance Plan with preventive routines and procedures within the TX function.
• Ensure that proper regional records of all Radio and Transmission Network are in place and updated.
• Provide team leadership for the radio technicians in the region as well as participate in team building for the Radio team in the Central region.
• Co- ordinate and Ensure that Radio technicians are facilitated with necessary tools to perform the duties
• Develop and implement the regional MTCE plans
