1) Develop and manage a highly motivated  and skilled team that supports the overall IP and Data Solutions Infrastructure. 

2)  Drive and oversee active and passive network operations processes, optimization activities and maintenance activities to achieve desired service stability, quality of experience and efficiencies in the delivery of Broadband & Managed Data Network Services that include; 

Fixed and Mobile Data Services, Bulk Internet Services, L2/L3 VPNs, Colocation services, Mobile office (Blackberry), Hosted ISP and Cloud Services & other related Managed ICT solutions. 

3) Develop, implement and manage Information and Network Security policies, procedures and controls as per the company’s policies as well as global best practice.  

4) Develop and enforce clear operational and functional guidelines for Data Support to effectively address customer challenges and give customer support traction for newly launched products. 

5) Develop and implement a Succession plan that enables career growth for the IP infrastructure & Data Support team. 

6) Ensure continuous availability of reports and metrics for trending Data & ICT Solutions performance including trouble ticket system and recommend enhancements to the systems for better coordination and communication.
