Salary Range: UGX Gross between (1,634,904 – 2,537,092)

Reports to: Team Leader

Contract Duration: 31 Dec 2021 with possibility of extension

The Logistics & Admin Officer is primarily responsible for ensuring efficient and effective general logistics tasks, admin and HR roles. Coordinate logistics & Admin operations at field office ensuring that accurate and complete logistics, administrative, HR, reporting and internal control systems are functioning in accordance with WCH policies and procedures.

Key deliverables include;

1. Provide effective and efficient Logistics/administrative and HR support

2. Timely and quality procurement of goods and services

3. Proper fleet tracking and management

4. Always maintain an updated asset inventory

5. Keep track of stock and warehouse records accurately

6. Timely and quality monthly reporting
