B.         Purpose of the job

The purpose of this job is to provide hair dressing services to clients as well as increase product awareness and usage.

C.        Responsibilities

1.         Main Responsibilities:

a)      Perform hair dressing functions and impacting product usage and information in demonstrations and market activations, trade shows, weddings, modelling activities and any other emergency events;

b)      Develop key customer accounts through periodical salon visits to generate leads and build customer relationship;

c)       Resolve key customer complaints regarding haircare products;

d)      Generate customer satisfaction reports to inform on customer satisfaction with haircare products;

e)      Assist in promotion of new haircare products to customers during salon visits and market activations;

f)        Offer training to salons on the appropriate use of various products; and

g)      Participate in radio talk shows when called upon to demonstrate usage of hair products thereby building the image of the company and increasing brand awareness.

f)        Ensure 95% closed sales of all assigned hair products

g)      100% participation in all hair clinics and demonstrations

h)      Make accountability and status reports on all given out products

i)        Daily update and maintenance of the customer database

j)         Testing customers hair texture and advise accurately and professionally the best hair product to use

k)      Register 95% success rate with the management of the customer hair complaints

l)        Maintain and update resolved customer raised complaints

m)    Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and versatility
