He will report directly to the the operations manager. Will be responsible for receiving and establish direct contact with the clientes in the workshop, starting clients files (WIP´s), ensure that all inputs are incluided in the WIP (cliente/vehicle file), invoicing, record productivity and employee attendance, support the team leader up to date usefull informations regarding the workshop (vehciles, clientes status)

Key requirements
Completed High School or Technical School with
Specialist in mechanics
Collegue degree in Engineering or Management (Valued)
IT user skills (Microsoft Windows)
Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, word, Excel)
Previous professional experience in the segment (valued)
Maximum age 30 years old
Driving licence - vehicles. Trucks (valued)
